Social Media & Content Producer (remote)

.ART Domains

.ART is looking for a (remote!) AI savvy, hands-on Social Media Content Producer who can keep our channels active, dynamic, and creatively aligned with the art-and-tech world we operate in. This role is for a hands-on creator. It’s about making things — editing videos, turning raw footage into compelling short-form content, repurposing blogs, webinars and more into all Social Media friendly formats, and keeping our accounts engaged and growing with smart, timely posts.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Content & Editorial, the CMO, and the Head of Partnerships. You’ll receive a steady stream of source materials (copy, webinar footage, photos, short videos, quotes, event recordings, etc.) and turn them into polished, platform-specific content across Instagram & X (for both art.art & hug.art), Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok for both organic and paid posts. Experience with paid media across social channels is a plus.

We’re a global team spread across the US, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Beijing and other locations – so being comfortable working asynchronously is important.

If you love creating content, experimenting, enjoy integrating new AI tools, and thrive in a hands-on production mode — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

Content Production & Channel Management

  • Produce daily/regular content for Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and TikTok.

  • Repurpose existing materials (webinars, interviews, open calls, event archives, articles from art.art) into short-form videos, carousels, graphics, reels, and text posts for each platform.

  • Edit video content from scratch:

o turning webinars into shorts

o creating promo compilations using footage from different years

o making quick recap videos and highlight reels for X/IG

o assembling open call submissions into shareable video formats

  • Create simple visuals and coordinate more advanced design requests with our in-house designer.

  • Maintain a steady posting rhythm and optimize for each platform.

AI-Driven Content Creation

  • Use and experiment with tools like Descript, Sora, Notebook LM, nano banana, and other emerging AI platforms and tools for editing, captioning, scripting, and creative repurposing.

  • Stay up to date with new AI tools that can improve speed, quality, or creativity.

Planning & Reporting

  • Build a monthly content plan and align it with the Head of Content & Editorial.

  • Set basic growth/engagement goals per channel.

  • Deliver a monthly analytics summary (what worked, what didn’t, what to test next).

Community & Growth

  • Support audience growth and engagement, especially around key moments (open calls, magazine releases, webinars, partnerships).

  • Experiment with simple paid campaigns on Meta and X (with input/support from the marketing team).

  • Help maintain a consistent narrative about .ART’s mission in art, technology, and digital identity.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with a global team across time zones (US & EU).

  • Communicate actively via Teams/Telegram.
