We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive Project Manager to join our growing team in our Los Angeles office.

The Project Manager will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our sales team to drive new business and ensure existing clients’ needs are met with the highest level of service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll oversee estimates, bookings, tracking shipments, and fostering relationships that drive growth.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction with timely follow-ups.

  • Create accurate project estimates, coordinate bookings, and track shipments.

  • Generate new leads, build partnerships, and capitalize on revenue opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Handle invoicing, billing, and ensure accurate cost tracking.

  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales or project management experience (preferably in logistics or art logistics).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • NetSuite experience is a plus

Job Location

In-office, Los Angeles, CA

Work hours: typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications
