Heritage Auctions, a well-established auction house with more than 45 years of longevity, is expanding our Dallas office to meet our business needs.

SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting with the production of the auction and company-related print collateral.

LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

COMPENSATION: Compensated based on experience.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with printing catalogs, mailings, postcards, and other company-related materials

  • Assists with catalog binding tasks which include perfect binding, stitching, and trimming

  • Assists with the fulfillment of orders, which includes sorting, packaging, sealing, and shipping preparation

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 1+ year experience with a Xerox COLOR 1000 Press, preferred

  • Minimum 1+ year experience with mail/ postage machine preferred;

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a print production environment preferred; and/ or equivalent combination of education and experience

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Must be proficient in basic computer and math skills excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Have strong attention to detail

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS:

Must have a valid Driver’s license.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

  • Individuals must withstand long periods of sitting, standing, looking at a computer monitor, and phone handling for approximately 8-12 hours daily.
