Responsibilities

Assist with clerical support tasks for account managers. Preparing and processing documents, inventory data entry, filing invoices.

Perform clerical tasks for account managers.

Inventory data entry

Run errands as needed.

Requirements

Candidate must possess a CA driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with PC computers, ability to interact with basic spreadsheets and databases, shared docs and calendars.

Possess the abilities and processes of working well with one or more people to accomplish a common goal.
