David Kordansky Gallery seeks a highly motivated, extremely organized, personable, and collaborative individual to join our team as a Gallery Administrator. Reporting to the Gallery Manager, the Gallery Administrator is a critical, cross-departmental role, responsible for supporting a range of significant functions of the Management & Administration and Operations teams, including front desk coverage, hospitality, and visitor relations; administrative tasks and data entry; gallery and office tidiness; and coordination of supplies. This position is an hourly, full-time role, in-person five days per week, and requires flexibility for additional hours based on the needs of the Gallery. A generous benefits package is offered.
