This position is for a project manager for museum and gallery services. We focus on providing excellent customer service for museums, galleries and private clients both domestic and international. The project manager will not only design and fulfill logistics projects, small and large scale, but work on customer relationship development and other skills necessary to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Respond timely to estimate requests for logistics projects.
Interface with clients, vendors and government agencies as necessary, including Customs, TSA and US Fish & Wildlife
Create and independently manage project files, documentation, communications and billing.
Assist office management with operations, including customer satisfaction and profitability
Anticipate needs of clients and seek out solutions for their requirements
Maintain compliance with governmental policies and procedures
Participate in meetings, events and conferences as needed.
Requirements
1-2 years industry experience
Experience with CBP operations
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft
Excellent communication skills
