We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service by assisting some of our most valuable customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and finding appropriate solutions.
Process orders efficiently for two of our main clients.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Suite.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
