Art Serves Foundation is building a national network of mission-driven Campaign Managers who organize teams, develop partnerships, and raise funds through the Art Serves Foundation fundraising system.

Each Campaign Manager may select the initiative they are most inspired to lead:

WATER FOR THE PEOPLE

Creating decentralized water resilience.

Help communities prepare for disaster and grid-down scenarios through mobile, high-capacity water systems designed to provide resilient local water infrastructure.

FOOD FOR THE PEOPLE

Supporting regenerative farmers to provide food for families in need.

Build funding and distribution networks that connect regenerative farms with families and communities experiencing hardship.

MEDICINE FOR THE PEOPLE

Distributing locally grown and crafted herbal medicine to disaster zones.

Help expand a grassroots network of growers, herbalists, makers, and community partners delivering botanical care where it is needed most.

Responsibilities

As a Campaign Manager, you will build and coordinate a fundraising team around your selected initiative. Using the Art Serves Foundation system, you will build relationships based on teams of recipients and supporters, cultivate campaign contributors, develop partnerships, and create multiple pathways for generating revenue through artwork and related fundraising products.

This is a relationship-driven leadership role for someone who enjoys building networks, organizing people, developing partnerships, driving online sales, and turning a compelling mission into measurable results for community-based resiliency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and lead a campaign team around your selected initiative.

  • Recruit and coordinate teams of amplifiers, supporters, organizations, businesses, donors, and community leaders.

  • Develop fundraising, outreach, and partnership strategies.

  • Build relationships with aligned organizations and community networks.

  • Help communicate the campaign’s mission and impact.

  • Work toward established monthly and annual fundraising goals.

  • Track campaign activity, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized rhythmic relations.

  • Share successful strategies and help develop repeatable campaign systems.

  • Work closely with Art Serves Foundation leadership and other Campaign Managers.

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you have experience in:

  • Team leadership & community organizing

  • Campaign or project management

  • Nonprofit, social-impact, or entrepreneurship

  • Fundraising, sales & e-commerce

  • Partnership or business development

  • Creative or relationship-based marketing

We’re looking for people who are passionate, self-directed, highly relational, organized, entrepreneurial, and motivated to make tangible community impact.

You do not need previous experience in water, agriculture, or herbal medicine.
