Paperwork Flow
Ensuring that all required paperwork for each job is loaded on each tray for each vehicle every morning. Ensuring that all paperwork is filled out in its entirety and complete BOL’s are returned within the trays to the correct destination in the warehouse upon completion of the day’s jobs.
Safely handle and install artworks and various sculptural works
Sensitivity to artwork requirements - handling needs and restrictions.
Safe packing and unpacking artworks of various types.
Flagging tool and hardware needs for drilling/hammering/filling and artwork weight capacity.
Hardware selection for specific weights and wall types.
Troubleshooting installations with Crew Chief and Installation Coordinator to find solutions to issues.
Tool Protocol in client’s homes.
Fleet Maintenance
Responsible for maintaining the proper fluid/gas levels, tire air pressure, electronics and general function of each vehicle in working order and presentable for clients and clean to work in each morning before loading out and before leaving each day.
Fleet Equipment Maintenance
Responsible for ensuring all ties, straps, packing materials and vehicle designated tools needed for a given day are loaded and strapped in securely both in the morning and before leaving each day.
