Handle, pack, wrap, transport, and install fine art, furniture, objects, framed works, sculptures, and crates.

Perform professional installations in private residences, galleries, offices, storage facilities, and viewing rooms.

Safely load and unload trucks, including crates, T-frames, soft-packed works, and oversized items.

Use proper handling techniques, hardware, tools, padding, carts, dollies, lifts, and installation equipment.

Read work orders, inventory lists, labels, condition notes, and installation instructions.

Communicate clearly with lead handlers, project managers, warehouse staff, clients, galleries, and vendors.

Assist with condition checks, photo documentation, labeling, inventory control, and basic reporting.

Work independently when needed while also supporting a crew in the field.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Represent Elite Art Enterprises in a professional manner at all times.

Minimum 3–5 years of professional fine art handling and installation experience required.

Strong knowledge of safe artwork handling, packing, installation, and transportation procedures.

Experience installing framed works, large-scale pieces, sculptures, mirrors, shelves, cleats, brackets, and specialty hardware.

Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs individually and 75+ lbs as a team.

Comfortable working in warehouses, trucks, galleries, offices, private residences, and client-facing environments.

Ability to read dimensions, understand placement instructions, and follow detailed work orders.

Experience with iPads/tablets, inventory systems, photos, and basic digital documentation preferred.

Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and able to communicate clearly.

Must be a strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Forklift, scissor lift, rigging, crating, or woodworking experience is a plus.
